City Holidays acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
